PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Centro Leoni consists of two commercial buildings.
Each building consists of ten above-ground floors, which together provide a total area of 26,000 square metres, with a typical area per floor of about 2,600 square metres. The three basement floors are for parking usage for 650 cars and 170 motorbikes.
Each above grade floor has:
metal panel ceiling with integral lighting
floating floor 22 cm thick.
air-conditioning system
centralised fire-fighting system
anti-intrusion system in the communal parts of the buildings
conceptually subdivided into four parts, with the relative electric and mechanical systems pre-installed
