Registered Civil and Environmental Engineer and Estidama PQP specialising in Building Sustainability, Energy and Environmental Analysis with experience in Italy, UK and Middle East, holding a MEng in Building Engineering and a MSc in Sustainability Architecture. Responsible for the Estidama Pearl Rating System assessments and submissions, evaluating the green building practices/solutions and working also for GSAS. He has experience on other green building rating systems and regulations as LEED, Trakhees GBR, Dubai GBR, Part L and CSH. Other duties include landscape design/coordination, lighting calculations, reports. Liaising with authorities, sub-consultants and suppliers. Specialities: Building dynamic analysis as solar, daylighting, lighting, thermal; energy and carbon analysis and certification (IES VE, Ecotect, Vasari, DIALux, ReluxPro, Stroma FSAP, Best Class, Docet, Thermus), lighting, water and waste calculations (Estidama PRS spreadsheets), CAD and BIM (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture).
