Person Specification:
Buro Happold is a multidisciplinary practice that succeeds through the individual and collaborative skills of its people. This post requires a candidate who must have:
- A passion for engineering and the belief that good engineering can makes lives better through its impact on the individual, the community and the environment
- Good technical ability and the courage to challenge existing ways of working in order to break new ground and to find new solutions to existing problems
- The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and to demonstrate creativity and diversity when approaching engineering problems to arrive at workable solutions
- The ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate an ability to work and cooperate effectively with others
- The ability to prioritise work effectively and work under pressure
