Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
A degree in architecture or in the field of sustainability
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of building certifications through all phases, preferably by the LEED rating system
- Experience with other certification systems (DGNB, BREEAM) is advantageous
- Experience in technical due diligence / state property valuation desirable
- Experience and knowledge of project management are beneficial
- Provide Versatile and willingness to new tasks and challenges
- Very good command of spoken and written
- Structured and results-oriented approach and strong communication skills and team skills
- Strong customer orientation
