Teh firm combines the disciplines of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture in a sometimes unorthodox way and with sensitivity for light. Each project is approached in terms of context and how it relates to the larger urban and social fabric; how it impacts the environment and the beauty of place.
Job Description
Mecanoo is seeking driven architects with 2-3 years of full-time professional experience to work on a wide-range of prestigious projects in Europe, Asia and North America. Ideal applicants will be highly self-motivated, inquisitive and have the skills necessary to work on multiple large scale projects simultaneously. Candidates should be experienced in all project phases and have a solid basis in presentation skills and graphic design. Applicants should be proficient in hand sketching, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of 3D modelling programs such as Rhino and 3D Max is also important. Professional proficiency in English is required.
