The Green Building community meets in Berlin to celebrate the green building momentum

A forum for the green building sector is a about to open its doors in Berlin. Greenbuild Europe, April 16-18, 2018.


 
The green building sector continues to set new records doubling every three years. The fast-growing awareness and demand for green and healthier buildings is becoming an important driver for the design and construction industry as well as for the manufacturing industry with health and wellbeing of the occupants gaining the top of the agenda among the key market players.
 
With over 3-billion square meter of building space certified with major rating systems, around the world, there no doubt that the market landscape is radically changing.
The green building movement is certainly gaining momentum. And for all of us working in the green building sector, these are remarkable days.
 
In this context, the green building community is getting together in Berlin, between the 16th and the 18th of April to participate in the Greenbuild Europe, an unmissable three-day event of education, inspiration and networking.
Set up by the GBCI Europe (Green Business Certification Inc.) and presented by U.S. Green Building Council, Greenbuild Europe is a platform for the green building community to unite, change lives and revolutionize business. 
 
Participants will have the chance to hear from industry leaders on their vision about the future of green building in Europe. This includes inspiring keynotes from Mahesh Ramanujam, President and CEO of the U.S. Green Building Council and Green Business Certification Inc.; Rick Fedrizzi, Chairman and CEO of the International WELL Building Institute; Selina Juul, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Stop Wasting Food movement Denmark (Stop Spild Af Mad); and many others.
 
Greenbuild Europe will also provide attendees with invaluable opportunities to network, establish business relationships with industry experts and exchange strategies and solutions. And, in addition, a series of robust educational sessions to learn about green building and pressing issues such as air quality, human health, energy use and global climate change.
