BREEAM Awards recognise the achievement of professionals involved in the specification, design and construction of BREEAM assessed buildings. The awards are made annually to the highest scoring building assessments certified under BREEAM Schemes in the preceding calendar year.
As part of the 2015 BREEAM Awards, you have the chance to vote for the building that you believe most deserves recognition. The CLOUGHMORE MEDICAL CENTRE in Cardiff is among the shortlisted projects.
The new surgery and pharmacy, which occupies the site of the former GP practice, has a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. Features include PV panels on the south facing roof, various styles of external cladding to increase energy-efficiency.
