BREEAM Awards recognise the achievement of professionals involved in the specification, design and construction of BREEAM assessed buildings. The awards are made annually to the highest scoring building assessments certified under BREEAM Schemes in the preceding calendar year.
As part of the 2015 BREEAM Awards, you have the chance to vote for the building that you believe most deserves recognition. For this special Your BREEAM Award, Building4change has put together a shortlist, comprising the top scoring buildings in each award category for the 2015 BREEAM Awards. Now it’s up to you.
The WESTERN POWER DISTRIBUTION DEPOT in Spilsby is among the shortlisted projects.
Western Power Distribution’s new 650m2 depot in Spilsby, Lincolnshire, which incorporates associated office and ancillary accommodation, achieved BREEAM Outstanding, with a final score of 101.9%.The building maximises the use of renewable energy and energy efficient technologies. The building was designed to be naturally ventilated.
