Dr. Daniella Abreu is founder and director of SUSTAINPOLIS, a company specialised in promoting partnerships for international projects within the sustainability framework. Previously she was a sustainability manager at Skanska where she was responsible for sustainability strategy and management of large construction projects in Europe, USA and Latin America. Additionally, Daniella is a Visiting Lecturer and Sustainability Adviser for the Liveable Cities project, at University of Birmingham. Daniella holds a PhD in geotechnical engineering & sustainability from The University of Birmingham, UK and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brazil.
